Get ready for a global adventure like no other at our Around the World Camp! Embark on a journey that spans continents, cultures, and cuisines as you explore the rich tapestry of our world. This immersive and educational camp is designed to broaden horizons, foster cultural appreciation, and inspire a sense of global citizenship.

Campers will learn about different countries’ customs and traditions through hands on activities. From preparing and sampling dishes from each country to discovering the artistic heritage of different cultures by creating traditional crafts and artworks. Campers will engage in traditional games and sports from around the world, discovering the unique ways people stay active and have fun.

In addition to day-to-day camp activities (swimming, boating, fishing, games, etc.) Highlights of Around the World Camp include:

Country Spotlights

Every day focuses on a different country or region, immersing campers in its unique culture, geography, history, and customs.

Cultural Workshops

Engage in workshops such as origami making from Japan, salsa dancing form Latin America, Sugar Skull making from Mexico, or mask-making from Africa.

Storytelling and Folklore

Listen to folktales and stories from various cultures, exploring the themes, morals, and values embedded in their narratives.

Artistic Expressions

Create traditional crafts, paintings, and musical instruments inspired by the cultures being explored.

Traditional Games

Experience the fun of traditional games and sports from different parts of the world, fostering teamwork and camaraderie.

Tasting Dishes

Campers will taste traditional dishes from around the world, learning about different ingredients and cooking techniques.

Pickup and Drop Off

Drop Off : 8 am
Pick up: 5 pm
Monday-Friday

Food and Snacks

Campers must bring a sack lunch daily.
Lake Doniphan will provide a snack each day.

Pricing

$240 Per Week(M-F)

EXTENDED HOURS

Early Drop off 7:30am-8am and Late Pickup 5:00pm-5:30pm are availible for an additional $50 per week each or both options are availible for an additional $80 per week.
