We are proud of our food services at Lake Doniphan Conference & Retreat Center. Meals are served cafeteria-style in our dining hall at the Main Lodge. The food is created by our kitchen team with the best interest of our guests in mind. Breakfast entrees such as french toast, potatoes O’Brien, and biscuits and gravy are served. Fruit, yogurt, and hot cereal are available at every breakfast. At lunch and dinner times a full salad bar is available. Some of our most popular lunch and dinner entrees are honey-glazed pork tenderloin, meatloaf, and chicken alfredo. All dinner meals include dessert. All meals are made from scratch with the guest in mind.
Three meals are included in all of our overnight packages. For day meetings and extended overnight stays, individual meals can be provided.
We are pleased to accommodate most special diets. Please make sure that you share those needs with us before your arrival.

Yes! Groups may select to be served their
meals between the following timeframes:
*When we have more than one group here, mealtimes
are staggered and tables are assigned so that groups
may eat together.

Gluten-free entree. Just let us know in advance
so we can This can be noted on the Food
Service Form in the Contract Package.
We provide 1 entree option for each meal. A
separate entree option may be
prepared for attendees with special
dietary needs.

group based on size and snack choice(s) for at an additional cost.
